A community to call home

Our community is special to us… it’s the place we call home and the people we call neighbors. We put a lot of work into it every day and get even more out of it as the years go by. Part of the reason living here is so rewarding is the way our community is managed. Associa NorCal manages our community. What does that mean for you? It means that our management company, paid with your association dues, provides the professional service you expect in order to maintain the value of your home, while growing the value of your investment.

Groups and Clubs

Learn about committees and activities in our community! If you are interested in starting a club or group, or joining an existing committee, please contact the board of directors or your community manager. If you’d simply like to join a group or club, contact the organizer for more information. Volunteers are always welcome to participate in any or all of the following committees: Landscaping We’re looking for hands-on volunteers that are willing to roll up their sleeves and get their hands dirty in an ongoing effort to make our outdoor common areas shine. The majority of this work takes place during the spring and summer months. Finance Help plan our community’s spending while keeping our finances balanced. This group of individuals works directly with the board and management in the preparation of the fiscal year budget. Social Are you the host with the most? Join our social committee to pitch in with your planning skills and help execute fun events the whole community will enjoy. Welcome Help our new neighbors get acquainted with our community by joining the welcome committee. Stop by to say “hello” to newcomers and drop off helpful information about the association.
